Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at duhaneysheabutter@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, or for customer errors such as incorrect shipping information.
